1.     What are the registration fee deadline dates?

Live within DFW: April 15th

Outside of DFW and Out-of-town: May 15th

One-Day Jellystone Pass: June 15th

2.     What if I cannot meet the payment deadline?

We want to ensure that everyone is accounted for who wants to attend. We definitely can work with you! Please contact Angela Bailey regarding registration.

3.     Why do we need to pay before I arrive?

We recommend paying your registration fees before arrival, to secure your family count and t-shirts. Also, we are trying to minimize the large number of people paying on arrival. Since the pandemic, companies have changed their policies and require full payments and counts 30 days prior to the event.

4.     What is included in my registration fee?

All registration fees include food for Saturday’s picnic, Sunday’s dinner, the reunion t-shirt, and the reunion souvenir booklet.

The registration fee does not include the One-Day Jellystone Pass.

5.     Do I have to pay all my reunion fees for my family at once?

No. You can pay for each family member at separate times. You can pay as many times and as often as you want in order to meet the deadline. Keep in mind, you can pay for the One-Day NTJS Pass at a later date but by June 15th.

6.     Can I mail a check or money order to pay for my registration fees?

Unfortunately, we only accept cash and checks in-person if you live in the DFW area. If you live outside of the DFW area or out of state, you can pay via Zelle or by credit card. If you do not have Zelle or a credit card, please contact Angela Bailey for more payment options.

7.     Is there a refund policy?

Yes. If you have already paid and unforeseen circumstances occur that you are unable to attend the reunion, your registration fee will be refunded.

8.     Why do we have to register online?

The registration process is quite simple and easy. We want all transactions to occur smoothly through an electronic process. This is a faster and safer way to track the number of people and the cost of each family. Each transaction will result in an electronic receipt. We want to ensure that everyone’s family is accounted for, and all payments are maintained in an accurate and secure manner.

9.     Will everyone have the same reunion t-shirt?

Everyone will have the same t-shirt design but a different color. Each state will have a different color. There will be a poll on FB for everyone to vote on their favorite design. If you have moved from your original state, feel free to select your hometown’s state color.

Remember, we will not have a t-shirt contest this year.

10.  Why is the Jellystone Pass not included in the WFR registration?

We do not know who wants a day pass. Jellystone provides us with a special rate for Saturday of only $53.00. This pass includes the water park, access to all swimming pools on the property, and all other NTJS activities. There is no charge for ages two and under. Contact Angela Bailey for more information.

11.  What is the advantage of staying at Jellystone Park during the reunion?

The NTJS Park provides a great family fun environment. If your family enjoys waterparks, games, and family activities, you will love NTJS Park. During your stay, you will have unlimited access to the water park, games, and activities. There is a minimum of a 2-night stay. Keep in mind, our family picnic will be there all-day Saturday. The Sunday dinner is less than 12 minutes from NTJS Park. If you stay off the campus, the price for accessing the water park and activities will be separate and more expensive.
